Overview
- Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating, scheduling, and design coordination for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, design consultants, and project owners during the preconstruction phase.
- Oversee the estimating department to ensure accurate project cost assessments.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of preconstruction milestones.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the preconstruction team.
- Report directly to the Regional Vice President, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in preconstruction processes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in preconstruction or construction management.
- Preferred 25 years of experience in similar roles.
- Executive-level experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and design coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.
