Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and SEC filings.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Implement business process improvements to streamline operations.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new engagements.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Participate in recruiting initiatives to build a strong team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; advanced degree or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience; 10 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
