Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization in maternal-child health.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical obstetrical nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and active RN license in Michigan.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and nursing management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring nursing staff is preferred.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
