Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for hospitality AEC projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation, with 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost analysis.
- Knowledge of hospitality AEC industry standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
