Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for hospitality AEC projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to assess project feasibility and requirements.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and cost implications.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to industry standards.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate cost information.
• Monitor project budgets and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Maintain documentation of estimates, revisions, and project details for reference and reporting.
• Support project managers in decision-making by providing reliable cost data and analysis.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost analysis.
• Knowledge of hospitality AEC industry standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on market trends.
