Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Coordinate daily huddles, prepare materials, and review patient charts for completeness.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Assist in applicant screening, selection, training, and performance evaluations of care team staff.
- Manage clinical supplies inventory and ensure readiness of equipment for patient care.
- Document patient care activities in electronic health records within specified timelines.
- Ensure infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality in all practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced nursing education preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the State of New York required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in hospital or ambulatory settings required.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, infection control, and patient confidentiality practices required.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and medical chart reporting required.
- Ability to work independently, make clinical decisions, and delegate tasks appropriately.
