Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor and report investment performance for assigned clients, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, including capital statements and brokerage account summaries.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and escalate issues to senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address ad-hoc requests and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure familiarity with multiple asset classes and their respective reporting requirements.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while working with large datasets and complex financial structures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients to facilitate effective communication.
  • Support the firm's operational and treasury functions through accurate reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in asset management, banking, or hedge fund administration.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills with performance reporting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in constructing financial reports and navigating capital and brokerage statements.
  • Familiarity with asset classes such as hedge funds, private equity, and brokerage accounts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets effectively.
  • Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and colleague interactions.
