- Foster strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners.
- Provide strategic leadership in referral and admission processes for healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand healthcare services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing coaching, training, and goal-setting support.
- Oversee referral and admission processes to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and recruitment, fostering employee engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical and access teams to align services with organizational goals.
- Facilitate service reviews and education to enhance program effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare, with 10 years preferred.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical, Community Health, Hospice, or Oncology nursing preferred.
- Proven business development and market expansion experience within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with progressive responsibilities desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices.
- Ability to travel and operate across multiple locations as needed.
- Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
