Job Description

Overview

  • Lead ERP training initiatives, ensuring effective user adoption and readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute training strategies.
  • Design blended learning programs including ILT, virtual, and eLearning formats.
  • Support enterprise-wide system user readiness and adoption efforts.
  • Mentor junior team members on training and delivery techniques.
  • Monitor training progress and adjust plans to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop training deployment plans, schedules, and participation tracking.
  • Collaborate with OCM team members to improve training processes.
  • Promote training program adoption across diverse functional teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute ERP training strategies to enable stakeholder transition and adoption.
  • Oversee delivery and quality of training materials from partners.
  • Lead reviews and approvals of training materials with SMEs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver ERP training programs supporting implementation.
  • Provide ongoing stakeholder support as a training subject matter expert.
  • Engage stakeholders to address concerns and promote program adoption.
  • Track training progress and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Administer deployment plans, schedules, and reporting for readiness.
  • Support sustainment activities to reinforce adoption and proficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading ERP training implementations.
  • Proficiency in developing scalable ERP training solutions.
  • Strong facilitation skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of LMS and persona-based training approaches preferred.
  • Experience with training sustainment and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Certification in talent development (APTD, CPTD) is advantageous.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to measure training effectiveness and adoption metrics.
