Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and enhance financial models for forecasting expenses and cash flow.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop forecasts achieving business targets.
- Lead preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for business units.
- Evaluate and improve existing financial systems and workflows.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations as required.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar financial analysis role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for advanced modeling.
- Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, Planful, or Acumatica is preferred.
- Ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality and integrity.
- Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously.
