Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and book monthly accruals for various fund structures.
  • Perform rigorous reconciliations and ensure data integrity across financial records.
  • Generate and review detailed performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with fund regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on investment reporting and reconciliations.
  • Support the quarterly valuation process and analyze legal documents.
  • Communicate with fund administrators and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial operations.
  • Experience working with hedge funds, private funds, and family office investments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external auditors.
