Job Description

Overview

  • Manage a team of reporting analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality client service and operational excellence.
  • Coach team members through complex client issues and oversee special projects to drive success.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on performance and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage talent with expertise in wealth management products and technology applications.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects with detailed specifications and high standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prioritize and align team goals with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead a team to analyze portfolio performance results and conduct account reconciliations.
  • Resolve data issues and strengthen client relationships through onboarding and training.
  • Maintain software systems, including configuration, client setup, and data feed management.
  • Create custom reports tailored to client-specific needs and liaise with vendor partners.
  • Analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for accurate system input.
  • Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve complex data and reporting issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with 7 years preferred in reporting and client management roles.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data aggregation tools, with expertise in portfolio performance analysis.
  • Experience in managing software systems, including configuration and client setup.
  • Strong understanding of private equity and hedge fund statements and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for operational effectiveness.
