Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Science or Business.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis within professional services, financial services, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, MS Office products, and documentation techniques.
- Strong experience in gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and modeling processes.
- Ability to write detailed, actionable requirements and functional specifications effectively.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting and analysis techniques.
- Certification in Business Analysis preferred to demonstrate expertise.
