Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key contact for investor communications, reporting, and due diligence processes in a dynamic hedge fund environment.
  • Collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure accurate and consistent information dissemination to stakeholders.
  • Manage investor portals, data rooms, and performance reporting platforms for seamless communication and organization.
  • Prepare and quality-check marketing materials, performance reports, and investor questionnaires for external distribution.
  • Support ESG reporting initiatives and respond to related diligence requests from investors.
  • Maintain templates and compile quarterly investor letters with performance data and internal contributions.
  • Utilize advanced software tools for data manipulation, reporting, and CRM management.
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, confidential environment requiring strong judgment and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage LP communications, including inbox management, scheduling, and investor meeting coordination.
  • Update and maintain investor portals, marketing materials, and performance reporting platforms.
  • Prepare DDQs, RFPs, and other investor questionnaires with accurate responses and supporting materials.
  • Compile and format quarterly investor letters, incorporating performance data and internal edits.
  • Coordinate ESG reporting and assist with related investor diligence requests.
  • Collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Act as a resource for LP-facing materials and reporting requests.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in a fund environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data manipulation and presentation.
  • Experience with CRM systems, virtual data rooms, and diligence platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing materials and stakeholder interactions.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting and performance analysis, including understanding key drivers.
  • Detail-oriented with a capacity to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing processes end-to-end.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging AI tools for process improvement.
