Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Nurse Manager role; 5 years preferred.
- Current CPR certification and other department-specific certifications are required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and improve performance.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is essential.
