Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and organize client tax documents and statements for processing and review.
- Manage outgoing mail and packages, arranging courier services as required.
- Draft and edit engagement letters, correspondence, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with managers regarding client documents and departmental reports.
- Handle physical printing, organizing, and binding of client tax returns for submission.
- Ensure the secure return of original client documents via courier services.
- Assist with invoice approvals and contribute to the department's administrative workflows.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and organizational efficiency in all tasks.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience; experience in professional services firms preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for effective multitasking.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including superior grammar and punctuation.
