Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial construction initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects, particularly in light industrial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee project sites and ensure progress.
