Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Act as the primary HR liaison for onsite employees, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Partner with project leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with workforce objectives.

- Coordinate HR operations such as onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and policy interpretation.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in field-based or industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce management.
- Experience with craft labor populations and large-scale project environments preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional HR certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work onsite in a remote project environment with flexible scheduling.
