- Share qualified resumes with hiring managers for further review.
- Utilize ADP systems for recruitment processes; training provided.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for approximately 10 IT-related requisitions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
- Provide insights and feedback on recruitment processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruiting; 2 years preferred.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment systems like ADP; training available.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct effective pre-screening interviews and assess candidates.
