Job Description

Overview

  • Support corporate access coordination, research services management, and broker relations within a dynamic asset management environment.
  • Engage with diverse teams including Investment, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance for integrated operations.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports synthesizing data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and events with corporate executives and industry experts.
  • Act as a liaison between investment professionals and research service providers.
  • Contribute to the development and distribution of quarterly marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze data and optimize workflows to improve reporting and efficiency.
  • Prepare broker review packs by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
  • Assist in creating presentations with data analysis, content development, and formatting.
  • Coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and research trips with corporate entities.
  • Serve as a primary contact for corporate executives, ensuring positive interactions.
  • Develop and distribute quarterly marketing materials to stakeholders.
  • Manage and track research service relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Partner with Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams for program integration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau and Snowflake experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented problem solver with a commitment to excellence.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for interactive roles with corporate executives.
