Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of non-technical roles and industry standards.
  • Availability to work on-site four days a week.
