Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Current California RN license and BLS provider card mandatory.

- Minimum of 3 years of acute hospital experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and supervisory principles.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills required.
- Ability to manage staff and lead departmental culture change effectively.
