POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division. This role focuses on full-desk recruitment and business development within the IT sector, offering opportunities to collaborate with Fortune 500 companies and MSPs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates across various career stages.
- Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and technologies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate with leadership to assess and meet evolving hiring needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and staffing solutions.
- Proven ability to perform cold calling and follow-ups effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced and results-driven environments.
- Ethical mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
