It Technical Business Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage companies within the IT sector to generate new contract staffing opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure new client agreements.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Ensure alignment between client needs and talent delivery strategies.
• Contribute to team success by sharing insights and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
• Proven experience with cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to drive business.
• High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
