POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our dynamic IT and technical staffing division in Florida. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage companies within the IT sector to generate new contract staffing opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure new client agreements.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and talent delivery strategies.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles.
- Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
- Proven experience with cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to drive business.
- High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
