POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing staffing division specializing in professional services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for professional services roles, including HR, marketing, and executive support positions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates across various industries and career stages.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms to identify and engage top-tier talent.
- Analyze resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with client requirements effectively.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates in the market.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment strategies with hiring goals and objectives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and enhance outcomes.
- Participate in professional development initiatives to continually improve recruiting expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services recruitment; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting candidate relationships.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of professional services industry trends and roles.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve recruitment goals and contribute to team success.
