Technical Business Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Developer to join our IT contract and technical staffing division in North Carolina. This remote role offers the opportunity to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the technology sector. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, has a consultative sales approach, and possesses strong market awareness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage companies across the IT sector to generate contract staffing opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends and hiring patterns to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure new client agreements.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Ensure alignment between client needs and talent delivery strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of agency experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
