Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Evaluate and recommend new deal opportunities for the credit transaction pipeline.
  • Support due diligence processes, including financial data analysis and documentation review.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and transaction summary reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of transaction progress and post-closing amendments.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely updates on deal status.
  • Assist in structuring and documenting credit facilities and term loans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or private credit.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and understanding credit transaction structures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial software preferred.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
