Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily reconciliations, system updates, and generate detailed operational reports.
  • Prepare and review monthly CLO reports and related documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist in closing processes, effective date procedures, and quarterly payment reconciliations.
  • Process amendments and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly data to derive operational insights.
  • Update asset attributes in systems, coordinating with trustees and relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, providing operational support and expertise.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLO operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in WSO and/or Black Mountain Everest systems is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of indentures and related documentation is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
