Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily reconciliations, system updates, and generate detailed operational reports.
- Prepare and review monthly CLO reports and related documentation for accuracy.
- Assist in closing processes, effective date procedures, and quarterly payment reconciliations.
- Process amendments and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly data to derive operational insights.
- Update asset attributes in systems, coordinating with trustees and relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, providing operational support and expertise.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLO operations; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in WSO and/or Black Mountain Everest systems is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of indentures and related documentation is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
