Overview

  • Provide front desk coverage and administrative support in a professional office environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive impression.
  • Coordinate office operations, including inventory management and vendor relations.
  • Assist with scheduling resources and managing correspondence effectively.
  • Support technical needs such as video conferencing and device troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage reception and front desk operations, ensuring professional interactions.
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies, placing orders as required.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages efficiently.
  • Coordinate resource scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Oversee vendor relations, facilities staff, and building maintenance personnel.
  • Manage off-site inventory of records and books.
  • Support office repairs and maintenance in collaboration with vendors.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and special projects.
  • Provide technical assistance with office systems and devices as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools like Teams/Zoom.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
