Overview

  • Contribute to a leading organization as an Estimator, specializing in commercial AEC projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation and project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver precise and timely estimates for construction projects.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to analyze project requirements and costs.
  • Provide expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimations.

  • Work on-site to closely monitor project progress and provide real-time adjustments to estimates.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial AEC projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about material and labor costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and related documentation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for commercial AEC projects.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
