Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial AEC projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine resource requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about material and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and related documentation.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for commercial AEC projects.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
