Overview
- Lead construction projects for a regional design-build firm specializing in steel buildings and private negotiated projects.
- Manage diverse projects, including healthcare renovations, church constructions, and tilt-wall warehouses.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met effectively.
- Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize expertise in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) and tilt-wall construction techniques.
- Contribute to the firm's reputation for quality and negotiated project delivery.
- Participate in strategic planning and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
