- Utilize estimating skills to manage budgets and project scopes effectively.
- Supervise self-perform teams in drywall, ceilings, flooring, and painting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all projects.
- Work on high-volume, smaller-scale projects requiring multitasking and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and self-perform teams for efficient project execution.
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Job Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple smaller-scale projects simultaneously.
