Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to optimize project planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in estimating for residential, commercial, and healthcare construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in estimating software and tools.
