Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to optimize project planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor market trends and industry standards to enhance estimating accuracy.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders regarding project costs and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in project execution.
  • Support the leadership team in strategic decision-making and organizational growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimating; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in estimating for residential, commercial, and healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction.
