Assistant Project Manager

Overview

• Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permits.
• Participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Contribute to estimating and budgeting processes for new projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management; 4 years preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
