Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Support estimating processes, including cost analysis and preparation of project budgets.
  • Participate in design-build projects, contributing to innovative solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and permits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management; 4 years preferred.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
