Overview

• Lead construction projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage resources and schedules effectively.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets specified standards.
• Maintain documentation of project activities for reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage construction site operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project flow.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff for professional development.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects concurrently.
