Overview
- Lead and manage the Service Department, ensuring operational excellence and effective project execution.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote safety, enhance revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department staff, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to meet production goals.
- Gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction with services provided by department personnel.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee department financials, ensuring timely billing and collections to maintain cash flow.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize organizational performance and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and administer all activities within the Service Department, including project bidding and contract execution.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to department employees to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for department staff, providing constructive feedback and setting goals.
- Review contractual documents regularly to ensure compliance with project and customer requirements.
- Participate in monthly cost-to-complete meetings to analyze project financials with organizational leaders.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a service-oriented department.
