Overview

  • Manage office operations to ensure smooth daily activities and administrative efficiency.
  • Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee support.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize meetings and company events to foster team collaboration.
  • Prepare reports and manage paperwork to ensure compliance and organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including inventory and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements
