Overview

- Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to oversee case files and discovery processes effectively.
- Engage in trial preparation, including exhibit management, deposition coordination, and procedural compliance.
- Utilize advanced legal software for document review, e-discovery, and case organization tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal proceedings and communications.

- Contribute proactively to the firm's success through detail-oriented and collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft, format, and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions, adhering to court standards.
- Conduct substantive cite-checking and ensure accuracy in legal briefs and filings.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files and discovery materials systematically.
- Monitor court dockets and manage deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Support deposition and trial preparations, including exhibit preparation and transcript management.
- Utilize e-discovery platforms for document review and production tasks.
- Coordinate with investigative analysts and litigation support teams on critical projects.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for completion of an ABA-accredited paralegal program.
- Minimum of five years of experience in litigation support within a legal setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, and PACER.
- Experience with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to dynamic schedules as needed.
