Overview

  • Lead strategic business development efforts to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions addressing client needs and industry challenges.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends to enhance competitive positioning and business strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners to foster collaboration.
  • Develop and present strategic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate new business leads and expand the client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing and claims departments to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and identifying actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
