Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Monitor project progress using established metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure quality assurance activities are executed effectively.
- Prepare and distribute monthly status reports to stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project completion or quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and software development life cycle processes.
- Knowledge of government and professional services contracting methods and industry trends.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience in military or civilian federal agency project management is advantageous.
