Overview
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Eclipse, and Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure testability and quality in a matrix organization structure.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform security testing validation against DoD standards including NIST, RMF, and DoD CC SRG.
- Support load and performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Document test automation processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain testing artifacts in Jira and Confluence.
- Mentor team members on automation best practices and emerging testing technologies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Convert existing TestComplete test scripts to Java/Selenium framework using AI-assisted tools and manual refactoring.
- Design and implement automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and database validation.
- Execute automated regression, integration, and performance testing in AWS/Azure cloud environments.
- Maintain test data management strategies and automated test reporting dashboards.
- Perform security testing validation against DoD standards including NIST, RMF, and DoD CC SRG.
- Support load and performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Document test automation processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain testing artifacts in Jira and Confluence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and Eclipse IDE.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and automated testing workflows.
- Knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Security+ certification required within 3-6 months of hire.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
