Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop outreach programs to enhance care coordination and referral systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in cardiovascular service line operations.
- Preferred 5 years of experience managing multi-site clinics and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proven expertise in financial management and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance.
- Preferred certifications include CMPE, FACHE, CPHQ, Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
- Experience with device clinic operations and ambulatory rhythm diagnostics.
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner) and clinic template optimization.
