Overview

  • Support a vital credentialing data migration project, ensuring precise data entry and validation within a dynamic hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR, technology, and credentialing teams to optimize workflows and achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Engage in systematic data tasks across diverse provider rosters and multiple data sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to transitioning credentialing workflows by accurately loading provider data into MD-Staff systems.
  • Perform quality checks and validations to ensure data integrity and completeness throughout the migration process.
  • Participate in onboarding and alignment sessions to familiarize with project tools and requirements effectively.
  • Work in a hybrid capacity, with occasional onsite collaboration to enhance team synergy and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, transferring credentialing information into MD-Staff systems from various sources.
  • Collaborate with HR and credentialing teams to ensure data migration aligns with established project goals and standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and validation processes to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize and manage provider data from CAQH, internal files, and verification repositories efficiently.
  • Assist in onboarding activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of project scope and tools.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless data migration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive provider credentialing information throughout the project.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or credentialing-related tasks; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in using MD-Staff systems and familiarity with CAQH and credentialing workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data validation and quality checks.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with HR, technology, and credentialing teams.
  • Capability to manage structured and repeatable data tasks efficiently within project timelines.
  • Hybrid work capability with occasional onsite presence as required to support project needs.
