Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence in fundraising and client management.
  • Engage in client-facing activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support investor outreach, prepare materials, and manage follow-up communications to enhance fundraising efforts.
  • Maintain and expand a network of consultants, overseeing onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to business development reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across fundraising, client management, and consultant engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client, investor, and consultant information.
  • Travel as needed to support client-facing activities and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with the Head of Business Development to execute strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in fundraising activities, including investor outreach and communication management.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and updates.
  • Oversee consultant relationships, including onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and support reporting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes across key business areas.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, client management, or consulting.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience in related fields.
  • Director-level expertise in managing strategic initiatives and client relations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with fundraising or investor relations is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel as required for client-facing activities.
