- Support the development of interview guides and competency frameworks for hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals to ensure a diverse pool.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for role alignment.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Prepare offer letters, manage background checks, and ensure hiring compliance.
- Collaborate with managers to define job competencies and performance criteria.
- Analyze recruitment data to establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage in college recruiting events and maintain relationships with institutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Paylocity ATS and Balanced Comp systems preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
