Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets for ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Resolve technical issues related to civil and foundation engineering aspects of construction projects.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations at all project stages.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on project-specific requirements and best practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in civil and foundation engineering principles and applications.
- Experience with construction projects ranging from $500k to $30M in scope.
- Preferred experience in K-12 construction projects, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
