Job Description

Overview

  • Lead commercial and retail tenant improvement projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate project schedules and manage on-site activities effectively.
  • Travel within Colorado to oversee multiple project sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong communication and project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Utilize scheduling tools to optimize project timelines and milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for commercial and retail projects.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to address concerns and updates.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project activities and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and techniques for construction projects.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to travel within Colorado to oversee project sites.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in construction.
  • Leadership skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
