Overview
- Lead commercial and retail tenant improvement projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage on-site activities effectively.
- Travel within Colorado to oversee multiple project sites as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for commercial and retail projects.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to address concerns and updates.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and techniques for construction projects.

- Ability to travel within Colorado to oversee project sites.
