Overview

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor, delivering tailored solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent capabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, and total rewards initiatives.
  • Drive impactful HR projects using advanced project management methodologies for successful outcomes.
  • Analyze organizational data to inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to develop customized HR solutions and strengthen functions.
  • Champion a high-performing workplace culture through effective organizational practices and HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary HR consultant for designated client groups, delivering expert solutions to address specific needs.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies, strategies, and programs to support organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate consistent application of people management practices to enhance employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve service delivery and establish operational best practices.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and develop informed HR strategies.
  • Provide expert advice to leaders on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support organizational goals through effective management of HR programs and consulting initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Expert knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted HR advisor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication capabilities.
  • Experience working in hybrid environments, with office presence required three times a week.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
