Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Expert knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted HR advisor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication capabilities.
- Experience working in hybrid environments, with office presence required three times a week.
