Overview

  • Lead inpatient nursing services, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency across Med-Surg, ICU, and Cardiac Specialty units.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership in evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure staff competency in nursing processes and equipment operation.
  • Oversee budget formulation and adherence to fiscal objectives.
  • Support professional development and education for nursing staff.
  • Maintain performance improvement activities and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Direct clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
