Overview

• Lead inpatient nursing services, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency across Med-Surg, ICU, and Cardiac Specialty units.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance patient care standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient safety and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership in evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure staff competency in nursing processes and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Direct clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; Master's preferred.
• Current Texas Registered Nurse licensure; AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in acute care settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve fiscal objectives.
