Overview
- Join a dynamic team as a Mailroom Clerk on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform copying and binding tasks for transcripts and other documents.
- Scan and digitize physical documents for electronic storage.
- Organize and maintain mailroom supplies and equipment.
- Ensure accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
- Provide support for special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; 2 years preferred.
