Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Establish clear project objectives, aligning Agile and traditional planning approaches.
• Develop hybrid project plans combining iterative delivery with structured timelines.
• Coordinate team capacity, skills, and resources across workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor progress toward deliverables.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain project artifacts and communication tools for transparency.
• Contribute to portfolio governance with structured frameworks and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative team environment promoting learning and innovation.
• Organize training sessions and evaluate project success post-completion.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing AI and technology projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to lead complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Experience in change management and AI governance requirements.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and environments.
• Certified Project Manager with expertise in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
• Passion for leveraging AI to drive business value and innovation.
